Vineyards located in the southernmost part of the Berici Hills (VI), characterized by optimal exposure and good temperature variations.

Breeding and harvesting
Grapes harvested by hand, late harvest, late September, early October.

Maturation
Drying for 6 months, 2 years in oak barriques.

Alcohol: 12.5% vol. Service: temperatures between 10 and 14°C.

Perfect with almond desserts, such as Cantucci. Excellent with shortcrust pastry biscuits and the typical Venetian biscuits, Zaletti. Tasty cheeses like Grana paired with jams and acacia honey.
