Gnocco aperitif: picnic in the vineyard and food truck
The season of outdoor events begins and we inaugurate our new Chardonnay vineyard with a picnic at sunset!
We look forward to seeing you there'Gnocco aperitif Friday 9 June, from 7.30pm with an exceptional guest: directly from Modena, Gnock and Roll, Roberto Moncata's food truck, will delight us with typical Emilian delicacies.
-- WHAT THE Gnock and Roll ADULT BASKET INCLUDES --
Calzagatti skewer with yogurt sauce and mustard grains (to taste)
paired with a glass of Brut 2018
3 pieces of Gourmet fried gnocco with different fillings:
- “Repentant Vegan": mortadella and red onion tartare
- “Tropical Bacon“: Pancetta, smoked Scamorza and Lime
- “Via Emilia": Culaccia, Ricotta and Balsamic Vinegar with black charcoal mixture
accompanied by a glass of Brut Rosè 2017
Cost of the basket: €35 per person.
Possibility to reorder both the food and the wine by glass or bottle during the evening.
